Lake Jovita, with its two courses, is just down the road for a change of scenery. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a short drive away in Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills or Dade City, depending on which direction residents prefer. AdventHealth Dade City and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel are the nearest hospitals. The community calendar of dances, pool parties and clubs means many residents spend most evenings inside the gate rather than driving to Tampa.
