Barrett Henry

I am Barrett Henry, a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with REMAX Collective and the leader of The NOW Team. I have been licensed for 23+ years and have served Tampa Bay buyers and sellers since 2015 from our Tampa, Largo and Brandon offices.

I built this site because golf buyers get bad information. Listing sites do not tell you whether the club is required, who owns the course, or what the real monthly cost is. Every community here is checked against public sources, and I will pull the current numbers for any home you are serious about.

Credentials: REMAX Hall of Fame (2024), e-PRO, MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). Florida broker license BK3313308.

I live in Valrico and work all 8 Tampa Bay counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota, Hernando and Citrus. Buying or selling a golf home somewhere else in Florida? I will connect you with a vetted REMAX agent there.
